Best Frisco & Plano Agency for SEO, Google Ads and Social?
No single Frisco agency is provably the best, and directory ratings for the same firm disagree[1]. For a Frisco office confirmed on its own site, Seota[1] and Addictive Media, this page’s publisher, qualify. Thrive names SEO, PPC and social but shows no Frisco address[2]. Compare them on address, in-house team, account manager, reporting and retainer terms.
Disclosure: this guide is published by Addictive Media, headquartered at Hall Park in Frisco. Competitor details are limited to what their own sites and directory listings state, and we list ourselves after the competitors.
How did we choose and check these agencies?
We shortlisted agencies that a directory or their own site places in or near Frisco. Then we checked each one against five public criteria. It’s a shortlist, not a ranking. Nobody gets a score out of ten. Not even us. 🐣
- Real street address. You need a street address, not just “Frisco” in a page title.
- In-house vs outsourced. Does the agency say who does the work?
- Dedicated account manager. One named contact.
- Reporting format. What the monthly report shows, and how often you get it.
- Retainer terms. Price band, minimums, contract length and exit terms.
Why we didn’t copy directory rankings:
- Seota rates 4.6 from 53 reviews on Semrush and 4.96 from 46 reviews in Expertise.com’s markup[1].
- Semrush’s mid-business Frisco list includes Fresh Bread Digital, which is based in New Braunfels[3].
- Semrush’s small-business Frisco page is headed as a “TOP 1” list[4], which gives you nothing to compare.
- Some Expertise.com copy still mentions “Google AdWords ads,” a product name Google has retired[5].
How do Frisco agencies compare on address, services and price?
In our sources, only Seota and Addictive Media show a Frisco street address on their own sites[1]. Directories place three more in Frisco[3][6][7]. The rest appear on Frisco lists, but we couldn’t confirm an address for them.
Address status uses three labels. “Verified on own site” means the agency’s own page gives a Frisco street address. “Directory only” means a third-party directory places the firm in Frisco. “Not found” means our sources contain no Frisco street address.
| Agency | Address status | What our sources state | Best for | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seota | Verified on own site: 2591 Dallas Pkwy, Ste 300, Frisco 75034 | Frisco HQ since 2009; 4.6 (53, Semrush); 4.96 (46, Expertise.com) | Established Frisco shop | [1] |
| Fast Hippo Media | Directory only (Semrush) | $1,000–2,500; 4.9 from 17 reviews | A price band before the first call | [3] |
| Sociallyin | Directory only (The Manifest) | $5,000+ minimum; 4.8 from 73 reviews; 50–249 staff | Larger social budgets | [6] |
| Thrive Agency | Not found; an older directory lists 2626 Cole Ave, Dallas | Self-reports Clutch 2026 Frisco recognition across SEO, PPC, social and web; 4.8 from 146 (schema); 5.0 UpCity | All three channels named | [2] |
| Addictive Media (publisher) | Verified on own site: 3201 Dallas Pkwy, Ste 209, Frisco 75024 | Web, SEO and Google Ads work; dedicated account manager; sites from $3,900; retainer per proposal | Website rebuild plus marketing | |
| Monastic | Directory only (Sortlist: registered in Frisco) | Full-service; serves DFW and clients nationwide | Lead to check | [7] |
| Rocks Digital | Not found; describes itself as near Frisco | SEO, web design, paid search | Lead to check | [8] |
| Torchlight Digital, Risely, iBrain Web Marketing, Digiviz | Not found; on Yelp’s Frisco list (updated Nov 2025) | No service detail in our sources | Lead to check | [9] |
| Osky Blue | Not found; on Yelp and Expertise.com Frisco lists | 3.0 from 2 Yelp reviews | Lead to check | [5][9] |
| DB Marcom | Not found; on Expertise.com Frisco list | 5.0 from 1 Google review | Lead to check | [5] |
| Hibu, INSIDEA, SmartSites | Not found; top of The Manifest’s most-reviewed Frisco list | No service detail in our sources | Lead to check | [6] |
| Fresh Bread Digital | Not found; based in New Braunfels | 5 from 30 reviews on Semrush’s Frisco list | Non-local option | [3] |
Read this table with care. The Addictive Media row comes from our own site. The other rows come from competitor pages and directories, so the rows aren’t like for like. If a service doesn’t appear in a row, our sources didn’t mention it. That doesn’t mean the agency doesn’t offer it.
Which Frisco agencies made the shortlist?
Five agencies had enough public detail for a profile. Each one uses the same format: what our sources say, who it suits and what to check.
Seota
Seota says it has been headquartered in Frisco since 2009, with an office at 2591 Dallas Parkway, Suite 300[1].
Best for: buyers who want a long-established Frisco shop with an address on its own site. Limitations: its “Most Awarded Digital Marketing Agency in Frisco” tagline is a self-description[1]. Ask about pricing and channel scope, because our sources don’t cover either.
Fast Hippo Media
Semrush lists Fast Hippo Media in Frisco with 17 reviews, a 4.9 rating and a “$1,000 – 2,500” price tag[3].
Best for: small businesses that want a price band up front. Limitations: 17 reviews is a modest sample[3]. Confirm whether SEO, Google Ads and Instagram are all in scope.
Sociallyin
The Manifest lists Sociallyin in Frisco with 73 reviews, a 4.8 rating and a $5,000+ minimum[6].
Best for: brands with bigger social budgets. Limitations: that minimum can stretch a single-location business that also pays for ads[6]. Ask how deep its SEO and Google Ads work goes.
Thrive Agency
Thrive’s Frisco page says Clutch named it a 2026 top Frisco agency across SEO, PPC, social media and web design[2].
Best for: buyers who want all three channels named up front, backed by a large review base[2]. Limitations: the page shows no Frisco street address, and an older directory places Thrive in Dallas[2]. Ask where your account team sits.
Addictive Media (that’s us 👋)
Our site gives a Hall Park, Frisco headquarters and says we’ve built websites and improved organic rankings since 2009.
Best for: businesses that want a website rebuild and Google Ads from one team, with sites starting at $3,900. Limitations: we don’t have a med spa case study. Our published results, such as 310% organic traffic growth for Big Boy Toyz, come from web, app and growth builds for larger brands. We quote retainers per proposal and don’t publish a band.
I run a Plano business: which agency should I use?
None of our sources lists an agency with a confirmed Plano street address, so we can’t name a Plano-based firm. The closest verified options are Seota and Addictive Media, both on Dallas Parkway in Frisco[1]. Sortlist describes Monastic as serving the wider Dallas–Fort Worth market[7].
To find a Plano candidate yourself:
- Filter Semrush, The Manifest or Sortlist by Plano. Then open each agency’s own site and look for a street address.
- Check that the address matches the agency’s Google Business Profile.
- Ask for a reference from a client in a Plano ZIP code.
- Ask whether your local SEO plan targets Plano searches, through your Google Business Profile service area and Plano landing pages.
- Get in-person meetings written into the contract. A Frisco or Dallas firm can serve Plano well if the team actually shows up.
I own a Frisco med spa: who should run Google Ads, Instagram and my website?
None of the agencies profiled here shows a med spa case study in our sources, us included. So hire on proof. Ask for an aesthetics client you can call, a sample report built on cost per booked consult, and a written compliance process.
Who publishes these numbers. Web Tonic sells med spa ad services[10]. Scalehaven and Creekside Marketing publish their figures on their own company blogs[11][12]. Every figure below is vendor-reported and national. None of it is Frisco data.
Budget. Web Tonic, citing TooPixels, puts the minimum viable Google Ads spend for a single-location med spa at $2,000–$5,000 a month[13]. Creekside Marketing says most owners spend $2,000–$8,000[12]. Below about $1,000 a month, there isn’t enough data to optimise[13]. Budget for this spend separately from the retainer.
Pricing transparency is rare. Web Tonic reviewed 19 med spa Google Ads agencies, and only nine published figures[10]. You’ll usually have to ask for a written quote.
Unit costs (vendor-reported). Clicks typically cost $5–$30[12]. Scalehaven reports a cost per lead of $45–$120[11]. Web Tonic puts leads at $35–$90 and booked consults at $100–$300[10].
Worked example (hypothetical single-location med spa, one month):
| Step | Assumption | Result | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Google Ads | $3,000 spend at $60 per lead | 50 leads | Inside vendor lead ranges[10][11] |
| 2. Google consults | 40% of leads book | 20 consults | Illustrative assumption |
| 3. Instagram ads | $1,000 spend at $200 per consult | 5 consults | Within Web Tonic’s consult range[10] |
| 4. All consults | $4,000 ad spend ÷ 25 consults | $160 per consult | Within Web Tonic’s consult range[10] |
| 5. New patients | 40% of 25 consults close | 10 patients | Illustrative assumption |
| 6. First-year revenue | $1,200 per patient | $12,000 | Low end of Creekside’s Botox figure[12] |
| 7. Gross profit | 50% margin after product and staff | $6,000 | Illustrative assumption |
| 8. Total cost | $4,000 ads + $2,000 retainer | $6,000 | Retainer inside Fast Hippo’s band[3] |
| 9. Net | $6,000 − $6,000 | $0 | Arithmetic |
Source:[3],[11],[12],[10]. Rows marked “illustrative assumption” are invented round numbers.
The net is exactly $0. In year one, the month’s new patients pay back what it cost to win them, and nothing more. Profit only appears when patients stay past a year or add treatments. That’s why close rate and retention move this result far more than click-through rate.
Compliance documents to ask for by name:
- Texas Medical Board physician advertising rules (Texas Administrative Code, Title 22, Chapter 164). Who checks each ad against the current text? Does your supervising physician sign off before launch?
- FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). How does the agency disclose incentives behind reviews or influencer posts? How does it avoid implying typical results?
- Meta Advertising Standards. How are creatives for cosmetic procedures reviewed, and how are rejections logged and fixed?
- Before-and-after photos. Ask for signed patient consent, matching angle and lighting, and no retouching.
We haven’t summarised what these rules require, and they change. Read the current text on the Texas Secretary of State’s TAC site, the eCFR and Meta’s Transparency Center. Make sure the agency works from those, not a blog summary.
🚩 Red flag: someone promises a cost per lead before seeing your account. Hell to the no!
Local agency vs national firm: what do you gain from meeting in person?
A local agency gives you face time and easier accountability. A national firm gives you bigger specialist teams and, sometimes, playbooks for your industry.
- Local wins: in-person strategy sessions, content shoots (handy for Instagram) and knowledge of nearby competitors.
- National wins: larger specialist teams and more reviews to read.
- Watch for: a Frisco landing page with no Frisco team behind it[2], and account managers who keep changing.
Middle path: pick any firm whose own site shows a local address (see the table above), and get a written commitment that you’ll meet the person running your campaigns.
What should a monthly retainer for a med spa or service business include?
A retainer should list monthly deliverables and one KPI per channel. Tie every KPI to booked appointments, not clicks. Use this template to compare proposals:
| Channel | Deliverables to get in writing | KPI to see each month |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Campaign changes, negative keywords, ad tests | Cost per booked consult |
| Instagram / Meta | Organic posts, paid retargeting | Consults attributed to Meta |
| SEO and Google Business Profile | Page updates, profile posts, review replies | Organic leads, profile calls |
| Website | Landing page and booking-flow fixes | Booking conversion rate |
| Reporting | Written report plus a review call | Leads → consults → patients |
Our own process ends in a Growth & Optimization stage that covers SEO, conversion rate optimization, search ranking analysis and ongoing support. See our five-stage process from strategy to growth.
How should you choose the right agency for your situation?
Start from your ad budget and channel mix. Then shortlist two or three firms whose address you can confirm.
| Your situation | Prioritise |
|---|---|
| Med spa under ~$1,000/month ad spend | Website, Google Business Profile and local SEO first, because ad data is too thin[13] |
| Med spa spending $2,000+/month | Aesthetics references and cost-per-consult reporting across Google and Instagram[12][13] |
| Home services mostly needing search | SEO and paid search depth; ask any shortlisted firm for a local SEO audit |
| Heavy social content | A social-first agency that does in-person shoots |
| Outdated website plus marketing | One team for the site and the channels |
Ask every agency, us included:
- Where does my account team sit, and can I meet them?
- Is any work outsourced or white-labelled?
- Who is my account manager, and how often do we meet?
- Does the sample report show booked consults or just clicks?
- What are the contract length, notice period and exit fee?
- Who owns the Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile, analytics and website logins if we part ways?
- Is ad spend billed separately, and is any fee a percentage of spend?
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best digital marketing agency in Frisco?
No single agency is provably the best, because directory ratings for the same firm disagree[1]. Seota and Addictive Media show Frisco addresses on their own sites[1]. Thrive names all three channels, but its Frisco page gives no Frisco address[2]. Pick on your budget and channel mix, then run the five checks.
How much does a digital marketing retainer cost in Frisco, TX?
The published figures in our sources are sparse. Fast Hippo Media lists $1,000–2,500 on Semrush[3], another Frisco agency on Semrush’s B2B list starts from $1,000[14], and Sociallyin shows a $5,000+ minimum[6]. Others, including us, quote per proposal. Ad spend comes on top.
How much should a Frisco med spa spend on Google Ads each month?
Vendor sources suggest a minimum of $2,000–$5,000 a month for one location[13], with most owners spending $2,000–$8,000[12]. Below about $1,000 a month, there’s too little data to optimise[13]. These are national, vendor-reported figures.
Which Frisco agency has med spa experience?
None of the agencies profiled here shows a med spa case study in our sources, including Addictive Media. Specialist med spa ad agencies do exist, and Web Tonic is one of them[10]. Whoever you consider, ask for an aesthetics reference you can call.
Will a Dallas or Frisco agency serve a Plano business just as well?
Often, yes, if it meets you in person and knows your local competitors. A Frisco-titled page can belong to a firm listed elsewhere[2], so ask where your team sits and ask for a Plano client reference.
Can one agency rebuild my website and run SEO, ads and Instagram?
Many full-service firms say they can. We build websites starting at $3,900 and run SEO and Google Ads work. Whoever you hire, get the Instagram deliverables written into the proposal.
The bottom line
- All three channels named on the agency’s own page: Thrive, once you confirm where the team sits[2].
- Published price band: Fast Hippo Media[3].
- Larger social budget: Sociallyin[6].
- Established Frisco shop with an address on its own site: Seota[1].
- Website plus marketing from one Frisco team: Addictive Media, our own firm, which has no med spa case study yet. 🦄
- Plano: no confirmed Plano address in our sources, so run the five-step address check before you shortlist anyone.
Check the address. Meet the team. Read the report. Then sign. ✅
